The North Carolina Igbo Day Festival Corporation collects the information you provide when registering as a member or contacting the organization. This may include your name, email address, phone number, city, and Igbo state association.

How your information is used

Member information is used to administer the community, respond to inquiries, coordinate events, and send updates you have requested. We do not sell member information.

Email preferences

Community emails include a one-click unsubscribe link. Members can also update their preferences from their account page. Operational communications related to your account may still be sent when necessary.

Access and corrections

Security

Passwords are stored using one-way password hashing, administrative routes require role-based access, and sensitive actions are logged. No internet service can promise absolute security, but we use reasonable technical and operational safeguards.
